By this letter, I authorize the Customs Agency "Speditition EM CARGO" as a joint branch of EM Express Post with Unique Identification Number 811281857 and license number 167/A/2020 with headquarters at Prishtina International Airport, for the goods that have arrived through the international post EM Express Post at Cargo Airport, Customs Terminal, to complete in my name all customs operations at Cargo, Customs Terminal related to the clearance of goods, internal and international transits from the moment of presentation at customs offices until the completion of the final procedures foreseen according to the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, as well as to withdraw the goods from all customs terminals or border crossings to bring them to my address according to the delivery order from the sender of the order. • I authorize EM Express Post to clear my shipment in my own name (Em Express Post) if such a thing is required. • I, the above-mentioned, declare with moral and legal responsibility that I sign this authorization without pressure and bear responsibility for the accuracy and content of the goods.
